mason tattoos
i’m going out on a limb here…
but the next time someone decides they want a mason symbol tattooed on their body, i would really like to suggest to them that they do a little research into what the masons have stood and currently stand for.
this is right up there with wearing a cross around your neck. dear everyone, did you know that it is considered a sacrilege to wear a crucifix around your neck? if you are doing it for fashion, fine. if you claim to be religious, time to hit the books.
i don’t care what people get tattoed on themselves, what the wear- whether it be Christ’s cross, bindis, or anything else of that nature… just know what it is and what it stands for. yes, even if you are just wearing things for fashion. knowledge is power… so don’t be ignorant to why something exists.

I was inspired for Katie’s hairstyle by this beautiful picture I found on Pinterest! I started by curling her hair with my straightener to create a medium size curl. I began curling at the nape of her neck in sections and worked my way up to the top. Once I had completed all the curls, I locked in the wave using Kevin Murphy’s SESSION.SPRAY. Next, I began by taking small sections starting at the front on both sides and twisting them back. Notice I have the right side going further to the left so the final look is off center. I pinned a few individual curls that were twisted back to cover the gap where the two sides connect for a cleaner look. This style is very versatile, it can easily be dressed up for the evening or dressed down with some cute skinny jeans and heels!!
